Water Damage Insurance Claim in Simi Valley

We are working with this homeowner, whose home sustained major water damage. They noticed a hot spot on their wood flooring, and a few days later came home to water seeping up through their wood floor. They called us, we went out immediately to do an inspection and found 100% moisture with our moisture meter. Their entire first floor is affected, of course their wood flooring, their kitchen, and contents. We are working closely with a mitigation company to dry out, and will of course be starting the insurance claim process for them. We will handle their entire claim from start to finish and negotiate a settlement with their insurance company so they can remodel their home and get it put back together as soon as possible.
